Begin with a one-minute morning brief, then explore timing, continuity, stages or estimated rest states, movement, and saved sound moments. Every view identifies its source and confidence. Phone estimates never pretend to be Apple Watch measurements.

AN ALARM YOU CAN CHECK BEFORE BED

Choose a gentle prelude, snooze controls, and a non-negotiable final alarm. Run a readiness test before the lights go out. If you wake and want more rest, Continue Sleeping keeps the next segment connected instead of erasing the first one.

PRIVATE SOUND MOMENTS

Optional sound processing happens on your device. Review useful moments, delete them, or label them Me, Partner, or Ambient so someone else’s noise does not shape your personal patterns. No account is required.

Compare the interpreted view with the raw timeline. Track routines such as caffeine, exercise, stress, meals, and room conditions. Turn a hunch into a guided 7-night experiment and get a clear, non-causal summary rather than a black-box verdict.
