## What is SleepAlly?

SleepAlly helps you understand your nights and make the room calmer: on-device snoring awareness, optional Snore Stop nudges, sleep and habit tracking, and AI-powered chat so you can spot patterns—not guess. Use your own wind-down and wake-up audio, including YouTube links you choose. Built to keep your core sleep data on your iPhone.

What you can do

• Snore awareness & history — Detect and log snoring during a night session, review events, and see trends over time (on-device processing).

• Snore Stop nudges — When enabled, get gentle reminders when snoring is ongoing: haptic-style nudges, optional notifications, sound, or music escalation—tune behavior in Snore Settings. Use earbuds to get snore nudge alarms and sounds and music without disturbing your partner.

• Sleep-in & audio — Fall asleep with calming sounds or your chosen YouTube track; adjust fade and timing to match your routine.

• Wake-up — Set an alarm and choose audio you like, including YouTube sources where supported.

• Habits & diary — Log food, medication, mood, and more to relate daily choices to how you sleep and snore.

• Analytics & visuals — See sleep duration, snore summaries, and charts that make patterns easier to notice.

• AI chat — Ask questions in context of your sleep stats; requests may be sent to an AI provider as described in the in-app Privacy Policy (no selling of your on-device diary to advertisers).

• Privacy-first design — Core sleep, snore, and habit data stays on your device. A link to the full Privacy Policy is available in Profile and Help.
