The best sleep app I fall asleep within minutes. I love that you an choose what type of music/ sounds to play. Highly recommend.

On average, it takes me about 30 or more minute to fall asleep. I’ve tried music and sound machines to no avail. I used Sleepanova last night and turned on Field of Dreams, and I fell asleep right away! I can’t wait to try them all!
