Sleeping troubles? Do you want to go to sleep yet somehow end up awake anyway? Sleeparoo solves this problem through repeated notifications! Choose specific times to be alerted, tweak how many notifications you want, and more...

Set the amount of time between notifications — even 15 seconds — to prevent procrastinating your sleep away.

Change the notification titles and messages to deliver yourself just the right words to help you rest easy.

Mark reminders as time sensitive or not using the new notification features from iOS 15. You can fine tune your receipt of the notifications in your focus modes for ultra-specific control.

The Sleeparoo will always be there to help you out. It jumps around and is always there to get you to bed on time.
