It’s connected to my corporate points program l, I lie every time on the nightly survey cuz it’s pointless and helps with nothing and always suggests ‘what to do if cannot fall asleep’ which the fake tracker should know if you have this issue or not

Don’t waste your time on this one. It functions poorly, asks for heaps of your personal data, and after you’ve jumped through all the hoops all it does is tell you what you already know, and then recommend courses you have to pay for (after a trial period). You can look up courses with free trial periods by yourself. Also, when I went to delete my account it came up with an error message - Twice. I couldn’t log back in again, so I’m assuming it actually worked but who knows?

App crashed after I spent ages setting it up. Attempts to recover my account were also problematic then I got locked out of the account for too many failed attempts to login (app crashing at login). Don’t waste your money on this, even with a private health discount.

The app contains a number of hints, tips, meditation and relaxation techniques all of which you can find on the internet with a quick Google search. Nothing new or very helpful here.

I downloaded this, opened it and found that the program isn't available to individuals, only corporate groups. Why not tell us in advance?

I had this app because it was suggested by HCF. When I started using it was really good. The videos, the themes available. But then, out of no where stopped working. And every morning it would ask me if I followed a wind down. But it didn’t even open the app. There was no where I could find help. So thank you but no thank you.
