### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2026-06-27, version 3.0.26*

I stumbled upon SleepHQ a couple of years ago and love all the information and advice you can get from them. The app is amazing as well and gives you so much more detail that the standard ResMed app. I can make decisions about my CPAP Setting and which masks fit best and give me the best results. I’ve been a member for a couple of years and cannot recommend this app and the team that brings it to us enough.

### 5/5 — Great Data!

*2026-06-27, version 3.0.26*

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and understanding all of the terms that went with it and CPAP was difficult. Sleep HQ app gave me detailed, easy to understand information so I could make sure I was getting the best results from my CPAP machine and equipment. I especially like the reports that I can get to see how I am doing

### 5/5 — Essential App

*2026-06-27, version 3.0.26*

Can’t imagine working with my CPAP without this app and the associated community.

### 5/5 — Now I Know!!

*2026-06-27, version 3.0.26*

I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea back in 2003, and was always under the impression that once I had my CPAP machine setup after that initial Sleep Study, that would be it, and I’d faithfully use the device for the rest of my days with the view that it was working for me and helping me get a good nights sleep! Boy was I wrong!

Many years have elapsed since then, and my quality of sleep and how to get the best nights sleep have always been elusive to me. Add to that the concern that improper treatment of Sleep Apnea can lead to other more severe health issues, like having a Stroke, had me concerned and looking for more reliable reporting of this disorder. It

Yes, I had the Fisher and Paykel app on my phone, and yes, I’d marvel at the very small amount of data that would appear every morning after a nights sleep, but I had no idea what it all meant. And booking an appointment with the only Medical Specialist in my town and have him say to me “everything’s fine with your machine, see you in 12 months” was starting to get annoying, considering the cost of an appointment, and that my quality of sleep appeared to be getting worse and no one appeared interested to take things seriously!

Then I discovered Uncle Nicks CPAP Reviews channel on YouTube, and heard him speak about the Sleep HQ app, and so I thought “why not give it a go”!! This app is a god send, and opened my eyes to information I wasn’t getting from my machine’s very basic data display, and what my specialist wasn’t telling me!

It shows me every detail of what contributed to my nightly sleep, shows me my CPAP machines settings, my average pressure during the night, if my mask leaked air and wasn’t fitting correctly, and most importantly, the number of Obstructive Apneas, Hypopnea’s and periods of clear Airway that I had during the night. And it explains what these readings all mean!! As my machine automatically adjusts its pressure during the night, the graphs the app created showed me what pressures were working for me and at what times this occurred! I was shocked at the level of detail it gives you, and what the machine’s factory app on my iPhone didn’t tell me!!

Adding to the wealth of data it displays for you in very easy to read, clear graphs, you can also have the app collate all of the important data into a concise sleep report to take along to your Sleep Specialist, giving him or her all the required data needed to accurately get a picture of your therapy, so they can give a much more accurate assessment on whether your machine is producing the right amount of care for your condition!

I can honestly recommend the app to anyone suffering from Sleep Apnea and who wants to get the complete picture of how their therapy is working for them! It’s like having your very own Sleep Specialist on your phone you can consult 24/7 at a fraction of the cost of a personal appointment once a year! Do yourself a big health favour, and download the app today!

### 5/5 — The number one app for apnoea!

*2026-06-26, version 3.0.26*

If you want to know more about sleep apnoea this is where to find it. Detailed reviews of treatment options, CPAP machines and face masks. And by far the most authoritative information about problems with some machines.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2026-06-26, version 3.0.26*

I’m so excited I got this now I can keep up on my own sleeping issues with some knowledge!!!!

### 5/5 — SleepHQ is in a class by itself

*2026-06-26, version 3.0.26*

The level of detail available in the waveforms, flow limitations, leaks, and event analysis is outstanding. SleepHQ has transformed my PAP therapy from simply looking at an AHI number to actually understanding what is happening during sleep and making meaningful improvements.
The real game changer, however, is the Magic Uploader. It is brilliantly designed. Once set up, my data is automatically uploaded every morning with zero effort on my part. No more pulling SD cards, swapping files, or dealing with complicated software. It simply works—and it works reliably.
The combination of powerful analysis tools, an incredibly active community, and frictionless automatic data uploads makes SleepHQ the gold standard for anyone serious about optimizing their sleep and PAP therapy.
Highly recommended for both beginners and advanced users alike.

### 5/5 — SHQ REview

*2026-06-26, version 3.0.26*

Sleep HQ provides a forum that people can share their questions with others who have already found solutions that have helped them. It lets you know that you are not alone and much more information is available to the user than the MyAir App.

I’ve actually gotten my doctors looking at the information SHQ provides.

### 5/5 — It does all the things

*2026-06-26, version 3.0.26*

What’s nice about this app is that it takes many sources of sleep and other health data and pulls it all together so you can see what’s going on with your sleep quality. O2 level, heart rate along with weight and all the data from your CPAP machine is shown on nice graphs with all the history as well for comparison. I use an SD card reader and upload data from my Resmed machine right on my iPhone without needing to use a separate computer. Well done!

### 5/5 — Changed the way I view my CPAP treatment

*2026-06-26, version 3.0.26*

SleepHQ changed the way I view my CPAP treatment. Having access to my therapy data allows me to better understand my treatment.

### 5/5 — Sleephq review

*2026-06-25, version 3.0.26*

Excellent product and guidance

### 5/5 — Can’t live without it!

*2026-06-25, version 3.0.26*

I can’t say enough good things about this app and all the tools behind it. Before I started using SleepHQ, I felt lost trying to understand my CPAP therapy and it wasn’t working. Almost everything about CPAP therapy is particular to each person and doctors don’t seem to have the time to really customize treatment for every patient. SleepHQ gives you the tools to work with your doctor, or at least do things better on your own to get more effective treatment. It has truly changed my life.

### 5/5 — Very Useful

*2026-06-25, version 3.0.26*

I’ve had this app for a couple years now. The data it provides is very useful. It’s great for those new to the CPAP world. The community is very supportive and knowledgeable.

### 5/5 — Great help

*2026-06-24, version 3.0.26*

This app has helped me so much with my sleep apnea and taught me things that I never knew!

### 5/5 — Worth the subscription!

*2026-06-24, version 3.0.26*

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and found SleepHQ. They have focused on making it easy to import and share your data. You can easily view your CPAP charts and info to help you understand what’s happening and to tune your machine settings. The team has made it easy to use. I hope they continue to make it even better!

### 5/5 — Dave Banting Review

*2026-06-23, version 3.0.26*

Been using the app for a number of months. It is giving me great insight into my therapy. Still using the free version as it does work as expected. Being able to see my Apple Health sleep stages is also a great way to see how my sleep has been he previous night. Will definitely keep using the app.

### 5/5 — World’s Best Support for Those Who Sleep Better Every Night

*2026-06-23, version 3.0.26*

Imagine waking up refreshed every day thanks to an empathetic, supportive community dedicated to improving your sleep. With the Sleep HQ app, that’s exactly what you get.

### 5/5 — Really helpful for seeing trends, sharing with others

*2026-06-23, version 3.0.26*

This app/platform has been instrumental in figuring out my sleep apnea. The charts are easy to read, the how-to information is clear and digestible. I like being able to see how things change over time in the trend charts, plus all the additional data over something like the official resmed app.

### 5/5 — So easy to use

*2026-06-22, version 3.0.26*

Definitely worth it. SleepHQ has made a huge difference to my sleep apnea journey. As a newbie it helped me enormously by providing my sleep info in a really clear and easy to understand format and by giving me access to heaps of extra info about via other users.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-06-22, version 3.0.26*

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — SleepHQ Rubbish

*2026-04-09, version 3.0.20*

I signed up in app and all looked good then day 2 I was signed out so tried signing in and message saying “invalid email or password” which I used to sign up.

### 1/5 — Avoid this app

*2025-06-08*

After I created an account, the app would close every time I opened it. It didn’t have a problem staying open before I made an account. The developers need to fix their app before anyone downloads it. The reviews are bad for a reason.

**Developer response:** Hey are you sure this review is for our app? You can’t use SleepHQ without creating an account so I’m wondering if you’re getting confused with a different app?
If you are having issues, we’d love to help. Send us an email at support@sleephq.com and we’d be happy to take a look for you.

### 1/5 — Crash

*2025-05-08, version 2.1.3*

No me deja iniciar sesión y cuando logre iniciar sesión se detuvo la app

### 1/5 — App crashed on account creation

*2025-05-08*

The app crashed on account creation. It now crashes immediately on startup.

**Developer response:** Hey sorry you had an issue with the app. We’ve totally rebuilt it from the ground up since you left this review. There shouldn’t be any issues if you want to give it another shot. And if you ever have any issues, don’t hesitate to email us at support@sleephq.com and we’ll help get you going.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-04-25, version 2.1.3*

Piss poor another scam

### 1/5 — Not working

*2024-12-26, version 2.1.3*

The app crashes whenever I open it, after logging in.

### 1/5 — Kein Upload mit dem 20C

*2024-10-03, version 2.0.0*

Obwohl auf YouTube suggeriert, funktioniert der Upload mit dem Löwensten 20 nicht. Man muss zwar erst nach einem Monat 15 Euro bezahlen.

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2024-09-20*

What a trash, this never works.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear you had issues. If you haven’t already, reach out to support@sleephq.com and we can help get you going

### 1/5 — Not working

*2024-05-21, version 1.1.6*

May 2024 - Just an update
I’m using an Apple Card reader and seem to have no issue with my Mac reading the SD card. That 2nd to the last update for SleepHQ , in my humble opinion, is when the issue for my imports began.

I can honestly say that both the iOS and iPadOS are no longer working on allowing data to be imported via the SD card. It was working well in the beginning when the apps were first released but no longer. I contacted support and followed instructions even removing the app, hard booting my device and reinstalled the newest version. Still does not work. Too bad. A good idea went wrong.

### 1/5 — Setup Fail

*2024-01-05*

Link to instructions on how to import data from CPAP machine is broken.

**Developer response:** Brutal 1 star review mate. You’re correct, we did have a broken link on the dashboard but it’s been fixed now. Thanks for helping us be better.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

A great service I recommend to all of my OSA patients

### 5/5 — Member for 3.5 years

*2026-07-27, version 3.0.28*

Info is super helpful. Community shares openly and supportive. App and supporting tools (o2 ring, magic uploader, apple watch work seamlessly. SleepHQ provides the best cpap therapy support in the world.

### 5/5 — A Must For CPAP Users

*2026-07-16, version 3.0.28*

This is seriously the best app on the market for tracking CPAP data, for mask reviews, and community support. There’s soo much to gain here. It makes CPAP a tool vs an imposition.

### 5/5 — Turning CPAP Data to Meaningful Information

*2026-06-29, version 3.0.26*

SleepHQ has completely changed the way I use my CPAP. Instead of just hoping my therapy is working, I can actually see what is happening each night and understand why. The insights have helped me make meaningful improvements that I never would have figured out on my own.

What really sets SleepHQ apart is the community and the founder. His videos are informative, practical, and genuinely funny, which is not something I ever expected to say about CPAP. He has created an ecosystem that makes learning about sleep therapy enjoyable instead of overwhelming.

If you use a CPAP machine, this app is one of the best investments you can make in your health. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get the most out of their therapy.

### 5/5 — Got to Method for Sleep Apnea Analysis

*2026-06-28, version 3.0.26*

This app is your default method to review your sleep apnea. These guys have added some much functionality it’s just fantastic. Watch their YouTube channel as well to be best informed how to read your sleep results and how to best reduce your sleep apnea.

### 5/5 — So Helpful!

*2026-06-28, version 3.0.26*

I am less than a year into my cpap journey, but right away I realized there were few resources available (and little support from the medical community) to help the consumer get educated about this whole sleep apnea and cpap process. I was only a few weeks in when someone suggested I get Sleep HQ, and I finally found the resource I was looking for. Great information and education (presented with fun, quirky humor), a platform that allows me to upload my data directly from my cpap machine so I can actually see if I am making progress, and a community of people sharing questions, comments, and support. It is easy to use, and the people running this seem genuinely interested in helping all of us understand and get the most out of our sleep apnea treatment.

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2026-06-28, version 3.0.26*

I really like this app a lot.
I don't actually use that many apps, but I use SleepHQ daily to get an insight into my therapy.
I've been in therapy since the beginning of May, and the app offered by the manufacturer of my device is just a gimmick/gamification and, in my opinion, doesn't really provide insight into the success of the therapy and doesn't really provide data except for an event and a leakage value.
SleepHQ provides detailed and relevant data, helps me recognize patterns, and shows me where there's room for improvement. Through SleepHQ, I can see which of my behaviors affect the therapy's success, and it will also continue to accompany me.
Even my doctor is happy that I have a detailed understanding of APAP therapy myself and understand what he's talking about when he explains things to me.
Absolutely 5 stars -thanks!

### 5/5 — SleepHQ Turned my CPAP from a mystery box into a mission control center

*2026-06-27, version 3.0.26*

Before SleepHQ, my CPAP machine was basically a tiny bedside robot blowing air at my face and quietly judging me. I had numbers, but not much understanding. AHI? Flow limitation? Leak rates? Pressure changes? I might as well have been reading the dashboard of a spaceship.

SleepHQ changed that.

The app gives you a clear, visual way to understand what is actually happening during the night, breath by breath. Instead of just seeing a basic score and wondering why I still woke up tired, I can now look at detailed charts, spot patterns, track pressure changes, leaks, oxygen data, sleep trends, and see how different settings or masks may be affecting my sleep.

For anyone using CPAP, this is incredibly valuable. CPAP therapy is not always “plug it in and sleep happily ever after.” Sometimes it feels more like detective work with a hose attached to your face. SleepHQ gives you the tools to become a better detective.

What really adds value for me is the SleepHQ community and help resources. The app is excellent, but the education and community support make it even more powerful. When you are trying to solve real sleep issues, having the ability to share data, learn from others, and better understand what your machine is doing can make a huge difference.

I also love how SleepHQ helps connect the dots between CPAP data, oxygen levels, sleep habits, trends, and overall therapy quality. It makes the whole process feel less frustrating and more manageable.

Bottom line: SleepHQ is one of the best tools I have found for taking control of CPAP therapy. It turns confusing data into useful insight, and it helps you move from guessing to understanding.

Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving their sleep, optimizing CPAP therapy, or simply trying to figure out why their “good AHI” does not always equal a good night’s sleep.

Five stars from me — and a special thanks to SleepHQ for helping make sleep apnea feel a little less like a nightly wrestling match with Darth Vader’s travel mask.

### 5/5 — Essential for any PAP user

*2026-06-27, version 3.0.26*

I think SHQ is a mandatory and essential tool for anyone wanting to optimize their PAP therapy. OSCAR is great but not as user friendly and not cloud-based. Paired with a Magjc Uploader, SHQ is the ultimate dashboard to review and maximize your sleep disordered breathing. Uncle Nicko and team have revolutionized PAP therapy with this software.
