I don’t usually leave comments, but I’ve been feeling a bit down lately, and this app has really helped me relax. It’s shown me how to recharge myself through breathing exercises. There’s also gentle music and even meditation courses, even though I’m not familiar with meditation or yoga. But the experience has been great.
