Most of the nature sound loops (birds, frogs, etc.) are too short, repetitive, and predictable that I quickly see the pattern in the sounds —which keeps me awake. This does not mimic a natural sleep environment and defeats the purpose for the app...at least for me. The sounds themselves do not seem to have the fidelity of some of the other apps.
