I can’t stand that they quit doing content for apps but they still make money off them for the gems and so forth. I like the plot of the stories however, the interview process I’d tough when it keeps getting interrupted with a celebrity interview that I know I’ll fail. I will never understand how the original version Seduced in the Sleepless City turned into this. That app was amazing, this is just awful. I couldn't even do another main story route after reading Ryoichi's main route it was sooooo horrible, and not at all how the paid version of his story went. Luckily before I got to a further chapter in Noel's route I was smart enough to look online at reviews of this app and the stories and I deleted it with the quickness after learning that the same would happen in his story and a few others. It just has too much sexual assault and unrealistic dialogue for me to continue. Also the MC is a trained JOURNALIST/REPORTER who INTERVIEWS celebrities, not some random paparazzi chick, so for all the characters in the game to treat her as such just doesn't make sense to me. This is just such a major disappointment and does the previous version no justice whatsoever. The paid version of this app deserves better then this and so do the readers. It absolutely baffles me that this game has good ratings because if you played the original stories in the paid app then you'll get why this leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth. ### 1/5 — Not as well as I thought *2016-12-30, version 2.1* From the great reviews, I expected something very engaging with wonderful art and storyline. However, I didn't get what I expected. I deleted the game before finishing because of several reasons. One, the background images were of very poor quality. Despite the chat box, the menu at the bottom, and the characters in very good quality. This annoyed me greatly because it felt so off, and I believe things need to stay consistent. Two, things were all over the place (in my opinion). When I would continue the story, mostly it would leave off in the same place. But it would start in another? I understand the passage of time, but the transition confused me. There was no insight, or indication of any time skip until further into the story. It gave me much confusion and led to me not being engaged. Also, the characters are just.. random? I don't know how to describe it. It just feels fast pace and off. In addition, I couldn't figure out how to get back to the page that lets me continue the story. I had to continuously go back to resume the action. I found this slightly annoying. (Note: I'm probably just an idiot or something.) Three, I wasn't reeled in. Nothing was very engaging to me. The story was kind of here and there, the characters were a bit random, the characters may have been drawn well but the background images were poor, and our character was of.. a displeasing design, and the story seemed different than what was presented to me. I may have interpreted things differently, but I didn't get what I expected. Hopefully this explains my actions, and helps others in the future. And I love this one the most, You have more time of the story before you have to use another love pass.Take your samurai story for example, The story is great but you get like 4-5 minutes of the story before you have to spend another love pass . So your run out of them pretty fast. Than you have to wait a whole day for another 5. But you have definitely improved that in your most recent games like this one. It’s less confusing like some of your other games when you have like a town and you use them to boost your love bar or something for that character you chose. But you don’t have that in this game so that’s good. The one thing that’s my favourite about this game: is that all the characters you meet all have different unique personalities. They are all funny and they fight a lot like siblings, In some other games like this one all the love choices are really mean, and stuck up and I just find that a bit boring that all the characters are really mean to you but than nice to you at the very end of the story. When is was browsing the App Store looking for something to do was when I landed my eyes on Sleepless Cinderella. My first thought was, “Oh great, another stupid otome game, might as well try it..” (I was bored!) but when I started, I felt like I was taking to a real online person. You get the picture. But I give this a grand five stars for its graphics, characters, the hard the creators do to make this game a success, and for them to move forward in their work.
