Constantly crashes and can’t get to any of the features as it continues to “save failed” and have to start over every time. It will not syncs to Bluetooth either. My device stays on temporarily and I have to relink my device up to 3 times each night . When I first purchase the device it worked like magic. But now it barely works. Good luck with getting a responds from the seller. The phone number online is wrong and it dose no good to email the company. They refuse to answer emails. The App is completely worthless. No record keeping. No data analysis. None. Even the feedback field is a fail since it throws a “fail” response when you submit. This really could be a good device if the app works. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-06-28* Received the Sleeplus Ear Device and it does not work. The APP IS WORTHLESS! Tried several times to create an account and pair my device. Keeps coming back faied network. I know my server is working but this App can’t connect. Attempted to contact the company but no phone no# and no website connection. But when asked for a refund and Sleeplus tells me there is no history of my purchase. Big time scam. Waste of time and money . ### 1/5 — App is dreadful in every way - DON’T BUY THE SNORE EARSET *2023-01-12, version 5.3.18* No information will save, and the app won’t pair to the Snore Earset E4. Because of this, no snore data or sleep data is saved, negating the entire purpose. The device wasn’t inexpensive - for the price, this company needs to deliver a product that actually works. For now I’m assuming this whole thing is a scam - let’s see if the company does the right thing… ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — It Works! *2019-11-10, version 2.7* It is not 100% but it does help a lot. The device connection to your phone is instantaneous. The app works well with the device. The reporting you get is worthwhile. ### 4/5 — App *2020-06-25, version 3.0* The app works well with recording sleep data. But some of the icons you click to read pop up and it’s blank. Or some of the writing is so faint you have to strain your eyes to read. Some updates need to be made in that aspect. But love the product and have noticed a better sleep since using this product. ### 4/5 — Stops snoring *2019-11-26, version 2.8* Seems the app was updated. For questions I wouldn’t put it here but find the email address under FAQs on the website. I am waking up refreshed. I first used in April and it recorded all my data. Now for 3 nights only 1 -1.5 hour has synced and app for recording is short. I will try with notices from other apps off,in case the notice is turning off app. In the info listed here for app, I see it is confirmed that app can be used only for syncing and not during sleep. So my issue is it is not syncing all my data. Even still I know it had worked. I am able to wake up when before I could not. The data that did sync shows when my snoring was stopped. ### 3/5 — Not awesome *2024-04-12* You get the earpiece, but if you lay on on side more than the other is very uncomfortable for your ear if you already have ear pain that doesn’t help. However, I have the piece on my ear an hour before I’m going to bed and it’s already signaling that I am snoring when I’m not. However, I will say that the recordings you can hear are amazing as long as it’s not recording your spouse. ### 2/5 — Terrible app interface *2023-06-24* Poor user interface design makes using this app a painful experience. ### 2/5 — Won’t let me enter information gives me fail error. *2023-01-21, version 5.3.18* This app is not what it says it is. On personal information it lets you enter the info then when you go to enter it fails and just shows a revolving wheel and locks up. Also when you go to the thread to adjust the strength and data it draws a blank screen when you press to go to the thread. My pod was working great then after loading app it quit working correctly. ### 2/5 — UI *2021-03-19, version 3.6* App UI is very poorly designed. Information, color, translation requires a complete overhaul. Didn't used to do this. Other than that the app works OK. Some parts are poorly translated and difficult to understand. Haven't evaluated the snoring stopping functionality yet enough to have an opinion on that.
