I absolutely love the SleepOn Go ring! I’m on my second one since around 2016 which I had bought the 1st. generation of the ring and it was fantastic! I loved right at first how it reads blood oxygen with sleep apnea results along with heart rate and multiple other results from your nights sleep! Seems really accurate since I’ve matched up the readings with my Apple Watch Ultra 2! This is a must buy! Now I own the 3rd generation and I can’t be happier, this one is fully upgraded from the last one! They’ve came a long way with the app as well! Thank you SleepOn for the amazing device!!! ❤️😎

Love the price, love the ring fit, love the marketing.  Extremely disappointed with the app as it will not sync with Apple Health.  The App also will not open unless you are signed into their website.  Too bad if their network is down, you are out of luck.  Not to mention there appears to be no way to prevent the app from uploading all your data to their cloud.

The device that I originally received was not working, but I emailed the company with a photo (it was visually cracked, likely in transit), and they sent a brand new one, free of charge. Very responsive and helpful, and I’m grateful to get to actually try out this product! Thank you!

When working, the device and app are both good but it’s often plagued by connectivity issues to the cloud. I can’t even log on the 
my account n the app today and data won’t synchronise to the cloud so now lost my sleep data for the last two nights. Time to look for another sleep monitoring solution which is a shame.

Stick with old app if you have the original ring.
