I can’t even log on the my account n the app today and data won’t synchronise to the cloud so now lost my sleep data for the last two nights. Time to look for another sleep monitoring solution which is a shame. ### 1/5 — No HealthKit Integration *2025-01-04, version 3.0.9* I was thoroughly enjoying reading about my sleep data in the SleepOn app. Then I went to check through another app and realized this is not syncing to HealthKit. Why is this basic functionality absent? It is a standard feature for sleep and health tracking products to work cross-functionally via HealthKit with other apps. I would have given a five star rating but without HealthKit integration this product is a one star product. This should be fixed asap in your next update. ### 2/5 — Great interface but falls short in use-ability. *2024-12-30, version 3.0.9* Forced to upgrade to sleep on three. The original sleep on app will not sync with the device. Now the device syncs with sleep on three but sleep on three doesn’t sync with Apple health. Why forced an upgrade just to make it impossible to use the data being tracked? ### 1/5 — Don’t buy. Doesn’t work. *2024-12-30* I have had this device several weeks now and it has yet to work properly. I’ll get some data one day then nothing again. There is no one to talk to except Feedback and they definitely do not understand English. There is no way to get a refund for this defective device. Thank you for your understanding. ### 1/5 — Only works half the time *2024-12-21, version 3.0.7* Most mornings I keep refreshing the app or opening and closing it and the data just never syncs. Other times it seems wildly inaccurate (ie knowing I slept poorly and work up often while it tells me I slept great). Sometimes I test it’s precision by using two other sleep trackers (Fitbit and garmin) and this tracker will be wildly different from those two. Also the device itself doesn’t shut down when not in use and drains the battery meaning it needs to be charged to full every day. Integrating with Apple Health would be a great thing to do. The App also will not open unless you are signed into their website. Too bad if their network is down, you are out of luck. It has not worked properly and usually stops recording halfway through the night when I wake up to use the bathroom. I have emailed several notes to customer service and never received a response. There is no phone number to speak with anyone in customer service. As far as I can tell, customer service is located in China, and is essentially unreachable. And there is no means I can find to return the device and get a refund. I will therefore buy a different device by a company located and serviced in the USA that I can reach by phone if I have a problem. My comment is just about sign up. Sign up does not work stored or generates passwords. It only allows manual entry. Additionally it forces manual entry of the security code. I’m on my second one since around 2016 which I had bought the 1st. generation of the ring and it was fantastic! I loved right at first how it reads blood oxygen with sleep apnea results along with heart rate and multiple other results from your nights sleep! Seems really accurate since I’ve matched up the readings with my Apple Watch Ultra 2! This is a must buy! Now I own the 3rd generation and I can’t be happier, this one is fully upgraded from the last one! They’ve came a long way with the app as well! I upgraded to the 3.0 device about a month ago. It was working fine until the new iOS update. Now I get a “network connection error “ when I try to connect to the app. They said to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I tried several times. No luck. The device is useless and a total waste of my money. UPDATE: about two weeks after the last iOS update, the app started working again. It has worked fine since and I am very pleased with it now. The only section of the app that doesn’t work is the blood glucose testing.
