## What is SleepRec?

Sleep Tracker helps you track your sleep and wake up at the right time.

Instead of ringing at a fixed second, the app chooses the best moment within your set time window to help you feel less groggy.

Sleep sound recording

While you sleep, the app listens for changes in sound levels. It doesn’t record the whole night. Recording starts only when noise is detected, like snoring or talking in your sleep.

Fall asleep easier

The app comes with a built-in collection of calming ambient sounds and melodies.
