I've been fully rested thanks to this. The volume is erratic, changing from loud to quiet and back again for no apparent reason. Worst sleep app I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been using them for many years! The most recent update (Jan 2020?) has a new section about descending a staircase. Great. After that the volume increases dramatically. Not great! I want to go to sleep not be woken up!
