It’s happening on our other devices too. I tried to contact the developer to ask about a fix but the contact form on their webpage isn’t submitting. I love the SleepStream noise cycle … there’s nothing else like it. I’ve listened to it every night for years!! Started with crackling sound, then reinstalled the app, then swapped out my Apple headsets and then finally used my Beats. Still an issue ~ I reloaded the app but was charged a second time. First, I’ve tried contacting you through your website (app support), the “executable” send button is not working so leaving this review hoping you (the developer) will respond. Everytime I try to restore my downloads, it crashes. So all I have now are the original factory settings. ### 1/5 — Cuts out *2023-12-17, version 3.3* If you’re looking for a noise generator for *sleeping, this is not the one. Though capable of good mixes, customizing, tuneability and general use (alertness?), it cannot sustain sleep for some reason. Different channels in its blend will cut out for brief periods (under a second) and the startling effect will invariably wake me! Not good. Is there another use that will override this fault? It is fully updated but I do not have access to content purchased, such as Isochronic tones. I very much enjoy listening to the binaural Deep Sleep pulsing sound with added background of ocean waves; that’s my favourite that I have mixed together.
