Few things more annoying when the alarm doesn’t go off when it is supposed to. What is more than that, is turning off the alarm before going to sleep because you have the day off and then getting woken up at the usual time. Tried to go through their website for feedback but got sent around in circles so here I am posting in the App Store. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-04-25, version 6.6* I’ve spent hours trying to reconnect after using for over a year. It keeps telling my my bed is not compatible with the app on my phone. Nothing changed except my Wi-Fi router from Spectrum to T-Mobile, that’s when everything stopped. Smart motion tells me it’s Beautyrest responsibility, beautyrest points to Smart motion. Don’t count on the company supporting their product for the future. My bed came with two processors- one of which never worked. Support said sorry we can’t help! They should be honest about this up front. So now I have to buy an entire new smart bed frame after 6 years to have an app that works????
