Their Facebook community is actually what encouraged me to buy it because I was a new mum and it was isolating AF being sleep deprived with a baby that had zero chill. Now it takes up to 2 weeks, sometimes longer, for them to even approve a post because they have this app and they want you to pay more money. I’m on maternity leave and can barely afford to see a gp when I feel sick, so now with a new baby I’m back to being sleep deprived and alone. The app is constantly glitching or not working at all. And when your paying $15 per month and not being able to access it’s extremely frustrating. The forum is a wonderful feature where you can ask as many sleepy questions as you need! I have asked hundreds of questions and had an answer within a day. It has helped me get my baby on track and sleeping in his own room by 4 months. He settles himself and for the most part is now a good sleeper. Before this app, my baby was waking constantly and I didn’t realise how little tweaks and changes that the girls recommended could make such a positive difference. I love how they troubleshoot - no more 5 am wake ups thank goodness!
