## What is Sleepy?

Fall asleep to rain on a tent, a crackling fireplace, deep brown noise or a soft lullaby. Sleepy is a cozy little sound machine for bedtime, with a sleepy star called Dozy to keep you company.

OVER 200 SOUNDS
Rain and storms, ocean waves, rivers and waterfalls, wind, fireplaces and campfires, every colour of noise (white, pink, brown, green and more), fans and air conditioners, trains and planes, heartbeat and shush for babies, binaural beats, sleep tones and slow music.

MIX YOUR OWN
Layer as many sounds as you like, each with its own volume, and save the blend for tomorrow night. Or start with a ready-made mix like Rainy Night, Cabin Fire or Tent in the Rain.

YOUR SLEEP PLAN
Answer a few quick questions and Sleepy builds a plan around what keeps you up: a mix, a wind-down reminder at the right time and a timer.

MADE FOR BEDTIME
• A sleep timer that fades everything out gently
• Keeps playing with the screen locked, with lock screen controls
• Seamless loops with no clicks or gaps
• A dim bedside clock and a simple night log: tap Going to sleep, then I'm awake
• Six breathing exercises, including 4-7-8, box breathing and the physiological sigh
• Light and dark mode

SLEEPY PRO
Unlock every sound and every mix with a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
