Re-installed apps, emailed the company for support and also apple but no reply as yet. The purchase transaction went through with no problems. Bad!

Game is fine, cute in fact. But not pleased that we paid for ad removal, yet the ads are still being displayed. Super disappointed in that and would like a refund.
