Unwind time isn’t taken into account when calculating what time you should get into bed.

Thank you for using this app. 

Please email jarod@jmstechsys.com and let me know the values you used for the 3 fields. Unwind time will only work for "total number of minutes". So for example you will need to enter 90 rather than 1:30 (1 hour and 30 minutes). I hope that helps.
