## What is Sleepydy?

The only science-backed audio to stop racing thoughts. Simply tap a button and imagine the words being said to you while laying in bed with your eyes closed.

The brain has evolved to determine whether it's safe to fall asleep by checking what one specific part of the brain, the cortex, is doing. If it’s engaged in “sense-making” activity, that’s a sign it may be weighing up dangers.

I’ve been struggling to fall sleep for about 5 years. A friend recommended me this app and I was skeptical that an audio could make me sleep since melatonin doesn’t work and I was recently on Ambien. This app is amazing!!! I finally could get the rest I deserve! THANKK YOUU for creating thiss!!
