I probably had the worst insomnia ever and this app gets right into my anxiety. It’s honestly crazy that it works. I heard about this app in a podcast while driving and I’so glad I downloaded it. Having sleep in my life has transformed the way I live from productivity to just feeling 100x better!!

I’ve been struggling to fall sleep for about 5 years. A friend recommended me this app and I was skeptical that an audio could make me sleep since melatonin doesn’t work and I was recently on Ambien. This app is amazing!!! I finally could get the rest I deserve! THANKK YOUU for creating thiss!!
