I keep getting “Bond failure” messages and the only way I can get to use the damn thing is to uninstall and re-install the app EVERY DAY..... even then it’s not guaranteed to work. I charge the unit, delete the connect from the saved Bluetooth connections etc. Nope! Also, while I’m in the middle of a toning session (when it works!) The app will say it’s disconnected and to reconnect the belt - but it clearly isn’t as the belt is still continuing to perform the programme! And yet it doesn’t register that I’ve done a session that day.... I have an iPhone 12 so it’s not an old and incapable device! Those lucky few that have managed to get it work, you are just that - the lucky few!
