App is user friendly. Would be great if I was able to request no blu cheese on the salads. Today I was finally able to order and redeem a free pizza - one shocked I was charged a delivery fee called zone 1?! And two had to order something else because the 4.95 delivery fee or order was not more than $10...what?! What’s going on with the app? Thought it was free delivery if using the app and why did it not read I had place an order over $10 but redeem my reward? Just as that online checkout , the app does not accept your card and when it finally goes through they say they need more time for your order. No such thing exists and on top you can’t use any other promo code in the app. Terrible sizing for most of the screens. The account I made for the app doesn’t work for the online ordering. Message in the inbox from two week ago States “mobile ordering is now available again, sorry for the inconvenience” yet it’s still not working. This app is not reflective of the product, as the pizza is great. It is however, reflective of the Administration and management. Why market a key feature (mobile ordering) then not ensure the feature functions correctly. Much more product would be sold if this app actually worked. The rewards work as intended and they’re so much better than before! Also love that I no longer need a password - I just put my number in and I get my code to sign in texted right away.
