On the confirmation page there’s a large call to action button to track the order in the app. When you click on it, it brings you to the app and your order is not there. Similarly I got a text with a confirmation for my order and a link to click to track my order’s progress. Clicking the link brings you to the app where once again the order is not available. I contacted support who said you can only see orders in the app that are placed in the app. It makes no sense to have web-based orders and confirmation texts point to the app and tell you to use the app to track your order if that’s not available. I’m glad I left the browser tab with my confirmation page open because if I had closed it, I would then have no way to track my order. ### 2/5 — Tristan M is an a** *2026-08-17, version 7.10.0* Fire that guy, please. Every time I’ve used the app my food comes late af and cold compared to ordering straight from the source. On top of that their customer support is horrible, just leave your messages read and offer no type of assistance. Spent 70 on a big order, took them 2 hours to deliver when the pizza joint is only 15 min away from me. They don’t offer any kind of credits or refund like DoorDash or Uber Eats would.
