And all the agents who works with them. Denis,Ann and others. They will hold your money. They will make you sign a contract and won’t let you know that there’s a penalty on early cancellation. Moreover, the point of sale device is provided by a totally different company that will have their own terms with a way higher penalty on early cancellation. In addition, they claimed they did not receive the device, even though we had mail confirmation. They don’t have a good phone number to talk to anyone and their representatives are rude and pushy.
