An invaluable tool for house-hunting! Highly recommended. The new defaults make this app even quicker to use. ### 5/5 — Love the sliders! *2009-07-02* This app was made for me! It even remembers what you were calculating from the last time you used it which is cool. So, I popped for the paid version. That doesn't open in iOS9 either. Looking at the reviews, nothing's been going on in this app for 5 years. Ryan - either make your product work on the current iOS or remove it from the App Store if that's more than you can handle. I would like a refund, please. **Developer response:** Sorry for the poor experience. The app has been updated and should be working on iOS 9 and newer now! ### 2/5 — Not great for paid app *2010-12-06* Doesn't take into account pmi, extra payments, taxes or anything. Not helpful at all for me. Needs more, especially if it's a paid app. ### 2/5 — Slides everything but the term *2010-07-09* Good interface, but I want to slide my payment to see how quickly I can pay off my loan -- instead of adjusting the term, it adjusts (increases) the loan amount. WTF?? Please add this basic functionality... :-( ### 4/5 — Flexability is Key *2009-06-12* This is the only mortgage calculator app I found that let's me start with the payment and work back to the loan amount. I know what payment I can afford, and that is how I figure what my buying price range should be. Would like to see option to add tax/ins to the equation if I need it. As I get further down the road on a particular house, that will help me plan better.
