Why can’t I connect both the pan head & the slider ?? & also why can’t it have endless slides back & forth

Kept freezing on the “searching for device” page. No matter what I did wouldn’t stop going back to it. Couldn’t get off it!

This app works flawlessly last monday. Now it’s not the slider stops and sometimes still running even if it already reach the end of the slide. Frequently stop at any mode.

Even the latest firmware still has connection issues (bluetooth searching for the device) as of 3/27/18.

Great app and everything seems to work fine except the time lapse feature. First, no matter what frame rate you specify, it always says 25fps once the time lapse is actually started. But that’s relatively minor compared to another problem I’ve encountered. I had a 44-hour time lapse set up, but when I returned to the camera in about 9 hours, the SliderONE Pro already did most of the slide!... Not sure what that was all about... I guess I’m now gonna have to think twice before committing to a time lapse that requires a lot of time and setup effort, because this is just not reliable. And that’s too bad...

The App and the unit works flawlessly. It's a dream. SliderOne Pro is the perfect sized slider for wedding and for travel. I am loving it.
