Poor customer service

Free trial says it is good for 3 days, but locked my account on the first day. Tried to contact customer service but never got a response except for the automated messages saying the account is closed as soon as you cancel. Yet, when you cancel, the app says account is active until the free trial ends.

Hard sell ads blocks use

I purchased the app to scan old slides but now I am unable to send digital copies via email because of ad pop-ups to upgrade service. The ads DOWNGRADE service. If I cannot use the app as advertised, I will cancel service and recommend to friends to avoid Slide/Scan

Why don’t they disclose-before you download it and they steal all your info and track you-that it’s not free. So egregious. Nowhere does it state that there is a “3-day” trial. Grrrr
