The staff have no idea what’s going on with the app and why you would be feeling and switching, neither do the people behind you in the queue. Filling the first stamp card meant you had to go to the till, not use the screens. Now that I’ve filled the first card - the stamps no longer register? Despite asking and being assured that the stamp would arrive because I’d scanned my app (“it just takes a while to come through”), it hasn’t shown up more than four days later. The app still isn’t configured and optimised for the new-ish 14 Pro/ Pro Max phones, the “use current location” tab hardly uses current location and will need to be manually input. The Menu freezes numerous times whilst trying to scroll through and the sign in/register page will just randomly appear and disappear when in use.
