I push the sign in button and nothing happens; not even a loading screen or icon. I have internet access, I tried pushing the repair button to clear the cache multiple times, I changed the network a couple of times, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing changed. I opened a query in their help menu a few days ago, but so far I have not gotten a response in the game. It’s just my messages to them if they’re even reading them. I don’t know what to do and am genuinely considering permanently deleting the game. It’s a shame because I was somewhere between level 90 and 100. I really enjoyed this game but what’s the point of keeping it if it’s literally unplayable? ### 3/5 — It’s fine, I guess *2024-03-15* Hello, the reason why I gave this game 3 stars instead of 5, is because I have really liked this game BUT I tried playing it once and it said “account expired” this has happened more than one time, and there’s no reason you should be deleting accounts, because I’ve worked so hard to get divine equipment I had 0.01% chance to get mythic equipment and I was so excited but I logged in and it said “ACCOUNT EXPIRED” again. Like how the auto forge is kinda messed up. I have it on stop on fine. Then just random. But having 3 bonus upgrades which I’m not sure what that exactly means, so adding a place to ask questions or for help would be cool, I haven’t really checked if there’s a place for that. Another thing is fighting against other people. I’m level 18 rn and I’ve had recommended players lvl 30 and way above and it brings my score down, and I’m not gonna pay 300 coins to refresh, so basing player levels with other players at the same level. I would like to say I love how you can chat with other players and ask for advice or just chat. But the censorship is weird it censored me typing “have” and “having” and “bc” but not because. Trying to contact the devs through the help button has only resulted in a one-sided conversation of me trying to get them to say anything in response to my posts. Lowered to one star. The only place that English exists in the app currently is in the EULA and privacy policy translations. Needs to have the game text available as English or it shouldn’t say that it uses English.
