Poor. ### 1/5 — Rancid chicken *2026-01-30* Out of the last two boxes I’ve received, one had 2 packs of the ingredients missing, which I was credited back to me, so I tried again, after preparing all the ingredients and starting cooking it tonight, opened the chicken and it was rancid, so bad my entire (albeit small) house stinks of it! They’ve given me £6 credit on a meal that was £12!!!! High quality ingredients, meat from a butcher and you can see no added ingredients in the meat. Really good fresh veg and the amount you get is very good too. Arrives straight to your door and the ice packs they use to keep everything cold are very effective too. So you don’t need to worry about food spoiling. You can also keep the ice packs, which are always handy. One thing I might suggest to make it even better for subscribers, it would be great to have a review system within the app. Would help with choosing which meal to order if you’re stuck.
