Out of the last two boxes I’ve received, one had 2 packs of the ingredients missing, which I was credited back to me, so I tried again, after preparing all the ingredients and starting cooking it tonight, opened the chicken and it was rancid, so bad my entire (albeit small) house stinks of it! They’ve given me £6 credit on a meal that was £12!!!! The whole lot is in the bin and dominoes on the way! 🤢

As with most of the slimming world apps they never open! Always have a problem with details as passwords or email addresses which I know is correct !

I received my first SW Kitchen order today and am extremely impressed so far. High quality ingredients, meat from a butcher and you can see no added ingredients in the meat. Really good fresh veg and the amount you get is very good too. Arrives straight to your door and the ice packs they use to keep everything cold are very effective too. So you don’t need to worry about food spoiling. You can also keep the ice packs, which are always handy. 
One thing I might suggest to make it even better for subscribers, it would be great to have a review system within the app. Would help with choosing which meal to order if you’re stuck. 
Fantastic app, highly recommend!

I love the product - the portion sizes are really good and the recipes are amazing. This has really simplified my week. The value for money when you consider the portion sizes is really good. The App makes the subscription easier to manage too.
