## What is Slinex Smart Call?

The application works with Slinex devices that support Internet connections.

Smart Call application gives you the ability to get a call from the panel on your phone or tablet, to view a picture from the camera on the doorbell panel, view the archive of photos or video remotely (this feature should be supported by your device) and open the door lock, from anywhere around the world in case you have access to the Internet.

Smart Call allows you to see who's calling at the door of your house. you can answer, open the door, or tell the visitor you are not at home.

The app also gives an indication of the unanswered calls you didn't answer with an indication of the date, time, and visitor's picture of each call.

1. Заходячи в секцію Playback для перегляду історії запису обраний максимально незручний інтерфейс навігації по часу, щоб переглянути уривок, який відбувся вечером, потрібно потратити багато часу щоб горизонтально проскролити до потрібного моменту і надіятись що нічого не зібʼється при завантаженні потоку. 

2. в Message Centre де є сповіщення про кожен рух який засікла камера, я бачу посилання "View" для кожного "Motion Detected" моменту, клікнувши на View я очікую що мені покаже уривок відео саме з цієї конкретної детекцї, натомість мені просто відкриває лайв перегляд камери, що абсолютно не дає цінності.

Купив одну панель, не зміг підключити до WiFi, думав проблеми з панеллю … через місяць купив іншу( таку саму). Коли забирав, перевірив, панель підключилась у продавця. Прийшов додому, встановив, і поняв що проблема не в панелі , а в програмному забезпечені, бо нова панель не хотіла так само підключатись до WiFi.  В мене роутер ASUS 86 pro.

Сделайте возможность выбирать звук уведомления на телефоне от приложения когда звонят в звонок - текущий это звук экстренных сообщений. И где обещанные обновления для домпфона Sl-10N опять выпустили продукт без дальнейшей поддержки...

Для того щоб відкрити двері потрібно кожного разу вводити пароль на 6 символів який неможливо відключити.

Очень долго иногда вообще пропадает связь с устройством. 

Также если можно сделайте в приложении потише звук переключения между камерами. Зачем такой громкий сделали. Лучше вообще уберите. 

И еще одна просьба в н 4 камеры можно вывести на один экран и выбирать их как это реализовано на панели. Нет обзорности. Нужно переключать между камерами не видя изображения это крайне неудобно. Также было бы неплохо при входе в приложение выбирать основную камеру с которой он начнет показывать а не по порядку с первой.

Никуда не годится за такие деньги

Нет возможности подключиться к вызывной панели ML-20IP SLINEX. Программа предлагает подключиться к сети устройства smart….., а у вызывной панели сеть cctvp2p……. и к этой сети устройства программа подключаться не может.
