## What is Slipfolio?

Turn scattered business receipts into organized records that are ready when tax time arrives.

Slipfolio is a focused expense and receipt organizer for freelancers, independent contractors, and small business owners. Scan a receipt or enter an expense manually, add the business purpose while it is still fresh, and keep the supporting image with the record.

CAPTURE EXPENSES QUICKLY

• Scan paper receipts with your iPhone camera
• Recognize the merchant, date, and amount for review
• Add expenses manually when there is no receipt
• Attach the business purpose, category, job, and payment details

STAY ORGANIZED ALL YEAR

• Search by merchant, business purpose, and job
• Filter expenses by job, category, or month
• Review monthly totals and tax-category summaries
• See which records still need information before export
• Keep receipt records locally on your device without creating an account

PREVIEW YOUR TAX PACKAGE FOR FREE

Choose a tax year and preview the files Slipfolio can prepare for your accountant. Review annual totals, category summaries, missing information, and receipt coverage before deciding to export.

LIFETIME EXPORT — OPTIONAL ONE-TIME PURCHASE

Recording, organizing, and previewing remain free. A single non-consumable in-app purchase permanently unlocks sharing and export for every tax year—no subscription and no annual renewal.

Unlocked exports include:

• Detailed CSV expense records
• A multi-page PDF expense report
• An organized ZIP archive of receipt images
• A separate missing-information report when records need attention
• Complete local backup export for moving or safeguarding records

Slipfolio is an organizational tool. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and it does not determine whether an expense is deductible. Review your records and consult a qualified professional when needed.
