## What is Slipped Up?

Every shoot ends the same way: a shoebox of crumpled slips and a producer waiting on a recon.

Slipped Up turns that pile into a client-ready expense report. Photograph a slip and it reads the shop, the date, the total and the VAT, files it against the right project, and tells you what is left of the budget.

Built for film and production crews who spend other people's money and have to account for every cent of it.

SCAN A SLIP, NOT A SPREADSHEET
Point your camera at a receipt. Slipped Up reads it and fills in the details for you — shop, date, subtotal, VAT, total, line items. Check it, fix anything it got wrong, done. Got a till slip the length of your arm? Long Slip mode captures up to 10 photos and treats them as a single receipt.

Supplier PDFs and spreadsheets work the same way. Upload the invoice and it gets read like any other slip.

KNOW WHERE THE BUDGET IS
Give a project a client, a start date and a budget. Every slip you file updates spent, remaining and percentage used — so you find out you are running over before the recon does.

CATEGORIES THAT MATCH THE CALL SHEET
Production categories from the start: Crew, Equipment Rental, Location, Art Department, Wardrobe & Styling, Catering, Transport, Accommodation, Talent, Insurance, Communication, Office & Admin. Add your own if your productions run differently.

VAT, HANDLED
VAT is pulled out of inclusive totals automatically at 15%. Each category carries its own claimable-by-default setting and you can flip any individual slip. Your VAT summary is per project, ready for the accountant.

EXPORTS A CLIENT WILL ACCEPT
• A branded PDF recon carrying your logo, your brand colour and your banking details
• An Excel summary for the production accountant
• A ZIP of every receipt image, numbered to match the report

Filter by date, shop, project or category first, and the export follows the filter.

NO TRACKING. NONE.
No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers — not one. We do not measure how you use the app, and we could not build a profile of you if we wanted to. Your receipts are visible only to you, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app whenever you like.

MADE FOR SOUTH AFRICAN PRODUCTIONS
Amounts are in rand and VAT is calculated at 15%. If you are shooting in South Africa, that is one less thing to set up.

Free to use.
