App does not allow you to login. I keep calling to reset password. Login from Mya.slomins.com works but the app has invalid login. Slomin’s says wait 3 hours but still fails after waiting.

I’ve had the Slomin app since 2022 and I have to say that a lot of times it does not respond to what I want it to do. Slomin please revamp this entire app; it has an outdated look. I know it’s not an app that I’m opening and spending a long time on; however, a nice looking update would be great.

It honestly feels like Slomins got an unpaid intern to develop this app over summer break. Every time I try to use it, it opens to a blank screen that doesn’t respond to inputs. Every single time I need to delete the app and reinstall it, only to get a message that my login credentials are invalid. Every time I change my password, the app will never accept the new password that I just changed. You just have to keep changing the password several times in a row until the app randomly decides to accept it. It takes at least 15 minutes to use the app every single time, making it essentially worthless.
