When your alarm fires, there is no quick dismiss. You must complete a camera-verified hang on your hangboard before the ringing stops. Mount your phone, step into frame, and prove you are actually up.

ON-DEVICE AI — PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Sloth uses MediaPipe pose estimation that runs entirely on your phone. Your camera feed is analysed in real time to verify posture and movement. No video recordings are saved. No images or video are uploaded to our servers. After the first download, detection can work offline.

ALARMS THAT ACTUALLY FIRE
Sloth is built for reliability, not gentle reminders:
