Choose a personalized daily movement goal based on your activity level, rest days, and ambition—or set your own. 2. Pick a short guided session. No gym or equipment required. 3. Complete at least one minute. Every completed movement minute earns one SlothUp. 4. Optionally connect iOS Screen Time, select distracting apps, and exchange SlothUps for access time. 5. Follow your active days, streak, movement history, and weekly or monthly progress. MOVEMENT THAT FITS YOUR DAY Choose approachable cardio, strengthening, and general movement sessions. Start with a one-minute break or continue for longer when it suits you. Small steps count, rest days are part of the plan, and rigid workout routines are not required. No SlothUp account, camera, or wearable is needed. A BUDDY THAT KEEPS YOU GOING Name your animated sloth and let it celebrate your progress. Gentle reminders and clear daily goals create structure without guilt or pressure. OPTIONAL APP SHIELD Choose apps that tend to distract you. SlothUp can shield them through iOS Screen Time until you decide to spend earned SlothUps. Access time only counts while the selected app is in the foreground. SlothUp Plus is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription.
