Choose a personalized daily movement goal based on your activity level, rest days, and ambition—or set your own. 2. Pick a short guided session. No gym or equipment required. 3. Complete at least one minute. Every completed movement minute earns one SlothUp. 4. Optionally connect iOS Screen Time, select distracting apps, and exchange SlothUps for access time. 5. Follow your active days, streak, movement history, and weekly or monthly progress. MOVEMENT THAT FITS YOUR DAY Choose approachable cardio, strengthening, and general movement sessions.
