I think this app is very helpful to those with anxiety and who gets stressed out easily. Each task is quite helpful to getting you through any stressful environment. It’s toggles shows that you can pick a different environment and a different position you’re in. 
However, I think there should be more to this app then just this. It could be filled with more things so like this could be one of them but also be like how to deal with things like this or other stuff not just the one thing. 
Overall, I quite like this app! :)
