Each time I was told they were looking into it and I would get an email or a pop up notification when it was resolved. I want to be able to say it’s just a game and get over it because there are bigger problems in the world, but for me it’s a matter of principle. This app charges real money for the things you want but cannot earn so when a game breaks and prevents you from earning those items, it has a ripple effect. You cannot play as long as you would have been able to. You cannot help your clan you are connected to earn rewards and that means people may end up feeling like they have to buy gems or coins or cards due to the opportunity to earn them being taken away. For a game that charges money, things should be able to be remedied in a more timely manner. The machine never got fixed and now it doesn’t matter because the quest is over and I never got to finish it. Original review: This game doesn’t pay out as well as it used to. App support used to be really helpful and fix things quickly.
