## What is Slotora?

Stop herding your team through 400 unread group-chat messages. Slotora is where real-world groups — football teams, clubs, classes, families — pick a time, fill the line-up, sort the money, and actually show up.

FIND A TIME EVERYONE AGREES ON
• Propose dates; everyone votes Yes / No / Maybe with one tap
• The winning option is highlighted automatically
• Anyone can vote from just a link — no account, no app install needed

BUILD YOUR LINE-UP LIKE A REAL COACH
• Players claim positions on a real pitch — football, five-a-side, basketball, tennis and more
• Waiting lists promote the next player automatically when someone drops
• Check-in on match day and see who actually turned up
• Export a beautiful A4 match sheet PDF — line-up on the pitch, squad list, subs — ready to print or send

MORE WAYS TO ORGANISE
• Sign-up sheets for volunteering rotas, bake sales and kit runs
• Opinion polls and anonymous polls for honest decisions
• Forms, message boards, and recurring weekly events

CHAT THAT FEELS LIKE HOME
• Group chats with photos, GIFs, reactions and replies
• Direct messages with double-tap hearts, edit history and unsend
• BUZZ! — shake a friend's screen when they're ignoring the line-up (yes, like the old days)
• Mute any chat for a day, a week, or forever — unread counts stay, noise doesn't

SHARE IT ANYWHERE
• One link opens everything — send it on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram
• Print a QR code for the changing-room wall
• Invite by email with a personal message, and see who's pending

COLLECT MONEY WITHOUT THE AWKWARDNESS
• Match fees, entry fees, payment requests and fundraisers
• Money goes straight to the organiser via Stripe — Slotora never holds it
• The service fee is shown clearly before anyone pays

BOOKINGS FOR COACHES & FREELANCERS
• A personal booking page with your sessions and live availability
• Clients pick a slot and pay by card or Apple Pay

FREE FOR EVERYONE, FOREVER
• Unlimited events, groups and participants
• No ads, no tracking, no selling your data — ever
• Sign in with Face ID, passkeys or Google
• Built independently in the UK · English & Română

Whether you're a coach herding twenty players or the friend who always ends up organising, Slotora keeps everyone in sync with one link.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-29

Message alerts: a bell in the app and a count on the app icon, so you can see new messages without opening Slotora.

Lost signal: Slotora now tells you instead of showing a browser error, and reopens by itself as soon as signal comes back.

"Use my location" now works when picking a place.

New ora type — Trip & Holiday: dates, destination and stops, places, price per person, requests or instant booking, photos and an itinerary.

Forms: save responses as PDF, Word, Excel or CSV, with a preview first.

Event posters: better layout for long descriptions, and they now include far more detail.

Sports: tap a player to move them to another spot — easier than dragging on a phone.

Notifications now reach your phone for much more — trip approvals, payments, bookings, and when an event is cancelled or moved. Turning notifications off in Settings now genuinely turns them all off.

Signing out on one device no longer signs you out on your others.

Sign-up sheets: attach a file when you sign up, organisers can share documents, and the event page is clearer — readable dates, one deadline, one obvious button.

Chat: the message box grows as you type, and replies no longer run off the edge of the screen.
