It is definitely rigged. I was having fun playing with big wins, paying for the odd top up and then I stopped paying for top ups and it now won’t allow me to build the bank. I cannot participate in any of the challenges anymore because it won’t allow me to build beyond a few billion and all of the challenges require billions or more to advance. I really enjoyed this game but it seems now they are money hungry and have stopped paying out. The big bonuses are gone. The bigger you bet, the lower the payout which is such a rip off. The quest is unachievable because you can’t build the bank anymore. They are just waiting for you to pay up to get a shot at participating in the challenges. So disappointing as I was addicted to this game when it was paying out. Definitely not random either.
