Emailed developer a couple of times with no response. I complained to tech support and they said some videos were unstable causing this problem but they were working on it. A couple of weeks ago I downloaded the App again and found different videos but the same problem. So, do I delete the app never to return or will they fix the problem? Oh great, now that I’ve complained about the “watch a video” defect, it’s gotten worse. Now I have to restart the game after every video. Is this on purpose from the programmers? Sent an email about this issue to the company and it came back as undeliverable. Impressive customer service. Apparently nobody intends on fixing this problem so next move is to delete any Avalinx games. Costs loads to increase bet, energy meter decreases too quick, level up is ridiculously slow! Get through the levels and I buy higher bets only to find that you get to level 5 and 6 and the actually games aren’t there for you to play.
