They have upped the requirements of each VIP level. I paid hundreds of dollars to be at the level I was at which was Ruby. Now they decided that they want you to invest a lot more to reach a certain level. Previously it was 10,000 VIP points to achieve this and now they upped it to 60,000 vip points. I was downgraded to Platinum without any warning.So anyone who was at any level has now been downgraded a couple of levels and you would have to spend literally thousands of dollars (in some cases 10’s of thousands of dollars) to get back to where you were. It of course is not worth it and just better to give up. I have sent them messages regarding this and they just chose to ignore them. If there was a way to report these thieves to some online agency or authority I will.
