## What is Slouchless?

Slouchless is a posture reminder that nudges you to sit up straight during desk work. It works with or without AirPods.

TWO WAYS TO USE IT
- Timed reminders (no AirPods needed): get a "posture check" notification every 15-60 minutes. Works on any iPhone or iPad - just pick an interval and tap Start Reminders.
- Automatic posture detection (with AirPods): connect AirPods (supported models) and Slouchless uses their motion sensors to detect when you slouch, then notifies you automatically. Calibrate once in a good posture. No camera, no HealthKit.
