## What is Slow Down?

Less hurry. More here.

Slow Down is a quiet companion for the moments when your day moves too fast. Meet your little blob, follow its breathing, and take a moment to come back to the present.

BREATHE AT YOUR OWN PACE
Follow a soft, animated guide through slow-exhale or box-breathing sessions. Choose a short pause or a longer practice, with optional sounds and haptics.

FEEL GROUNDED
Gentle prompts help you notice your body, your breath and the world around you. No streaks to protect. No scores to chase.

A SMALL REMINDER TO PAUSE
Choose reminders that fit your day. Add a widget for a quick way back, or take a breathing or grounding moment on Apple Watch.

CALM BY DESIGN
A minimal black-and-white interface, a living companion, light and dark appearances, and a short introduction before you choose a plan. Optional practice history stays on your devices. No account, advertising or tracking.

Choose weekly or yearly access, or unlock lifetime access with a one-time purchase. A purchase is required after the introduction. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings. Lifetime access has no recurring charge. Buying lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.

Slow Down is a general wellness tool, not medical treatment. Breathe comfortably and stop if you feel uncomfortable.
