Slow Mirror is a private visual journal for seeing yourself over time.

Each day, take a few seconds for one calm ritual: breathe, hold a natural portrait at a consistent distance and angle, then finish with a short, silent smile. Your personal framing guide keeps daily records comparable, so the small changes across weeks, months, and years become easier to notice.

With Slow Mirror, you can:

- Complete the daily ritual with calm, simple, on-screen prompts
- Reuse a personal outline for consistent distance, angle, and framing
- Revisit your private timeline and see how far you have come
- Unlock Slow Mirror Moments made from your own real records
- Sign in with Apple to protect one private Slow Mirror account
- Optionally turn on device-encrypted Slow Mirror backup, protected by your account

Your records stay yours. Media is encrypted on your iPhone before anything leaves the device, and you can delete your records and account at any time. Slow Mirror does not retouch or score your appearance, does not identify you from your face, and does not offer health or medical conclusions of any kind. Your private records are never used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or external AI.
