I’m in Mechanicsville / Adair Park but it says there is no locations nearby (I know the one on Ralph David is closed) but i’m just shy of 15 minutes from the Edgewood Location, wondering if this is an error with the app or if I’m too far for pickup. It doesn’t work and the restaurant employees will just say we can’t help you redeem them. Then what is the point of incentiving your loyal customers to use the app ### 1/5 — Cost more & App Points Problem *2023-09-23, version 1.3.0* It cost way more to order on app. Also, I redeemed points only to realize there is a dollar amount limit for delivery. It was late and wouldn’t feel safe going in the area of the location by myself which is why I always get delivered and not pickup. I couldn’t use my redeemed points since my order was only the fees, roughly $4.00 so I had to pay full price in order to get it delivered. The UNUSED points didn’t reload to my account so I lost the points for the free burger and fries. Total disappointing since I’m a frequent order online and get it delivered. Unfortunately, because of this, I won’t be ordering again unless the point system is able to catch when the points are unused. ### 1/5 — Menu prices inaccurate *2023-07-21, version 1.3.0* Price of menu item stays the same when you check “no fries.” Also unable to pay with Apple Pay. I have a major issue with this, especially considering y’all know a lot of people commute long distances to come to your store, just to realize there are no benefits for MOST of your clientele. Bring back the punch cards if you’re not gonna allow those in person to take advantage of your app. ### 1/5 — Bad Bad Bad *2021-01-07, version 1.0* Literally waited for over two hours and never got the food. App keeps telling me delivery is closed but doesn’t allow me to order for pickup. Either a glitch will plague your order, the locations are all closed, they’re not accepting online orders, or your driver will get lost and never bring you your food. I’ve had a $65 order get lost and could never receive a refund.
